I had an up-and-back errand in NYC today. Most of my time was spent waiting, parked for a while behind this thing. Which I soon noticed became a kind of bizarre shrine for the passing tourists. So I pretended I was interested in it too but took photos of them. The Europeans were especially drawn to it.
